Had a wonderful lunch at Hyderabad Wala this afternoon. The food was not only delicious but also felt incredibly homely and comforting. We tried both the Chicken and the Prawn Biryani, each was packed with rich, aromatic spices and served in generous portions. The Chicken Liver Kali Mirch was a standout, peppery and bold. The sizzling Chicken Tikka was another highlight, served piping hot on a sizzling plate. A special mention to Venu, who looked after us with such warmth and professionalism. He was kind enough to serve us a nice cup of Masala tea, much needed after a good meal. Weβll definitely be coming back soon to explore more of the menu.
The service and food at Hyderabad Wala has always been excellent. The fish in the biryani was tender and flavourful and the lemonade was made just as I liked it, not too sweet and with a dash of salt.
I visited Hyderabad Wala for dinner for the first time, I was not expecting it to be as absolutely delicious as it was. The quality of the apollo fish for me was a 10/10, thin batter, nice and crispy but most importantly for me not greasy at all. The lamb dum biryani was equally as delicious, another 10/10, fluffy rice perfectly spiced, with the most succulent lamb buried within. Chicken karahi had some wonderful flavour that paired very well with some freshly made rotti. Credit to the chef, because this is honestly some the best flavour food I've ever had, I cannot describe in vocabulary how much I enjoyed it here. The best thing to do is visit and experience it fir yourself, you will be as blown away as I was. I will definitely be coming back, and when I do I hope to be able to try the haleem. A very easy 10/10
